4472 Flying Scotsman and 34067 Tangmere on Positioning Moves to Crewe
9th September 2005
A couple of barely acceptable snaps of these two locos
making their seperate ways to a Crewe Heritage Centre Open Weekend entitled The Great Gathering.
4472 travelled from The National Railway Museum in York via Castlefield, Hellifield, Carnforth, Preston and Warrington Bank Quay
with three diesel locos dead in tow behind headed by 45112.
34067 travelled with her POB from Stewarts Lane via Kensington Olympia, Reading, Banbury, Tyseley, Walsall and Stafford.
